▍bland (adj)（食物）平淡無味的 = tasteless / 無趣的 = boring
▶ 例 1：這湯嚐起來 平淡無味 。我來加點鹽和胡椒。

▶ 例 2：他是個無聊的人。他說的所有事情幾乎都很 無趣 或是老生常談。
He is a boring person. Almost everything he said was quite bland or a cliche.
▍blend (v) 混合 = mix / 融入
▶ 例 1：若你將紅色和白色 混合 ，你就會得到粉紅色。若你把頭髮染成粉紅色，你將很能 融入 龐克搖滾俱樂部，和他們打成一片。
If you blend red with white, you get pink. If you dye your hair pink, you’ll blend in with people at the punk rock club!
